Filigree International Inc. has worked exclusively in the fashion jewelry industry for over twenty years. The company’s president, Stephen R. Alger, continually travels around the world to produce some of the finest jewelry available in a variety of categories from cloisonné to enamel work, sterling silver filigree and unique cast and crystal creations.

Since the advent of his company, Stephen has successfully created and produced a multitude of creative designs for television shopping networks, direct response television, the catalogue and direct mail industry.

Residing in the beautiful ranchland area of Southern Alberta in Canada, Stephen’s family is proud to claim Pennsylvanian ancestry which dates back to the 1700’s. Stephen holds a deep association with and love for The United States of America. His business success for the last twenty years has been achieved exclusively in the USA.

The Liberty Angel collection has been one of Stephen’s most challenging and rewarding projects. It has taken over eighteen months of refinement during the design and pre-production phase to achieve his standards of excellence. Fourteen completed items are now available for delivery. It is his intention to establish cooperative fundraising projects with charitable organizations to showcase this collection to the American people.

The Liberty Angel is now being trademarked in Washington, D.C. in four categories: jewelry, paper products, clothing and glassware. Appropriate organizations who wholeheartedly embrace this fundraising program will have the opportunity to create and showcase any new product designs of their choice in the last three categories listed. The poem has been copyrighted, and represents the foundational theme of the “Liberty Angel” concept.

The overall goal for the project is to help raise funds for charitable groups and organizations. In addition, the Liberty Angel makes a very powerful gift for any American who would enjoy owning a unique piece of American Heritage jewelry. It is Mr. Alger’s personal goal to support the veterans, active soldiers and their families.
